SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY OF ANNALIE LAMPRECHT ART

Shipping costs and Delivery:

Please note that you will receive a tracking number while your parcel is in transit.

• Door-to-door  Economy (The Courier Guy): R90 for delivery in South Africa only.  Delivery within 2 to 4 working days.
• Postnet counter-to-Postnet counter: R110 for delivery in South Africa only. Delivery within 2 to 4 working days.
• If you are based near Hopefield, Western Cape, free local collection is available by appointment.

Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday – Friday, excluding South African public holidays).

Packaging of order:

Please allow 7 to 10 days for the dispatch of the order from the studio. I ordered the fine art prints from a company in Cape town.

All of my orders are packaged by me with white-gloved care. Original framed paintings are bubble-wrapped, corner-protected, and boxed. All original paintings are shipped in a protective box. 

Small prints are shipped flat, and larger prints (A3) are shipped rolled in a shipping tube. This means the print will have a slight curl to it when taken out. It should flatten with some time out of the tube and can be framed with no issue. Prints are hand-signed and individually made to order.

If there is a specific rush with your order, please let me know, and I will try my best to accommodate you.
