RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY OF ANNALIE LAMPRECHT ART

Each order is packaged with care, but if you experience a problem with a damaged order, I'm here for you. 

Please contact me within 2 days of receipt if you find that the product is damaged on delivery. You have 7 days to return it. Please take photographs immediately after receipt and opening of the package, and send pictures with a description of the problem to [email protected].  You will be refunded if the painting is damaged, or in case of prints, replaced.

To make sure your exchange goes smoothly, please return the item in its original packaging along with any included extras.
