RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY OF ANNALIE LAMPRECHT ART
Returns will be accepted in the following circumstances:
Please contact me within 2 days of receipt if you find that the product is damaged on delivery. You have 7 days to return it. Please take photographs immediately after receipt/opening of the package, and send pictures and a description of the problem to [email protected]. If you see that the outside of the packaging is damaged, please take photographs before opening the packaging. You will receive a full refund, or a replacement where possible (your choice).
- If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you have 7 days to return it for a refund, but you will be responsible for return courier costs. The product must be returned in its original packaging and original condition. The cost of the product will be refunded, but the shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Loss in transit/non-delivery of a package where correct details were provided: you are entitled to a full refund or, in the case of prints, a replacement.
It is recommended that frames are only bought after receiving a painting, to ensure that the frame properly fits the painting and complements the colours. Not all paintings are standard framing sizes (you may not be able to walk into a shop and buy a frame that fits). In this case, custom framing is recommended; alternatively, a framer can mount the painting with a mat board that fits a standard frame.
